PRICING: $330.00 per month per tenant for a twelve month lease term.This pricing is based upon a  four person occupancy. The lease term is from June 1st through May 20th.

 

Nine month leases from August 1st through May 20th are also available at a cost of $440.00 per month per tenant. This price is based upon a four person occupancy.

 

 

Pets are not allowed.

 

Tenants are responsible for the following expenses-electric, cable tv and telephone.

 

Landlord provides water, sewer, trash, lawn  care and snow removal.
